What harm there be in bending truth
To fit our fantasy;
A perfect place upon this earth
Till paradise we see.
Dubious truth competes with faith,
Eternity frontline;
But truth unchecked in earthly life
Is like a poisoned wine.
Sweet and rounded the taste complex
Soon vinegar becomes,
As lies expressed in fabled tales
Leaves us a dirty scum.
So forward progress is delayed
Till truth be verified ;
And faith is left to wave the flag
“I need not certify”
FACT OR FAKE - SYNOPSIS
Misinformation is rampant in our society. Highlighted through the pandemic and now carried forward in the political arena, the bended truth is often used to fit an individual’s world. Why tackle the truth? Why not create your own worldly paradise? Sophisticate the process through AI. After all, we use faith to alleviate existential death anxiety and accept its authenticity without hesitation or question. What’s the difference is the question posed?
